I've been building software since 1999 - starting on mainframes, through heavy Oracle database and client-server development, to web systems, cloud platforms, and now AI-powered applications - and I've worked at every level from developer to senior, lead, principal, and CTO, in startups, large enterprises, and the public sector. I stay hands-on. Engagements run through my company, Golding Software Pty Ltd, either directly or through your preferred agency or consultancy.
I'm also a daily practitioner of AI-assisted development - Claude Code and agentic workflows are part of how I ship, not a slide in a deck - and I help teams adopt the same practices with sensible guardrails.
